This position is part of the Fan Acquisition and Engagement team at the WNBA, dedicated to digital growth and engagement. The CRM Lifecycle Lead will adopt a “fan-first” mindset and be responsible for developing global lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple CRM channels – including email, in-browser messages, in-app messages, and push notifications. Successful candidates will be able to create and execute comprehensive strategies that drive fan engagement, retention, and Lifetime Value. You should have experience with testing to optimize existing flows and build new flows across all CRM channels. This role will partner with and influence other cross-functional teams including Content, Creative, Partnerships, and more. You will also be directly responsible for managing a direct report who operates the WNBA email and in-browser messaging channel. The ideal candidate would also have a strong knowledge of the WNBA and its fan base.Major Responsibilities:
