Zumiez, the leading retailer of skateboarding, snowboarding, and streetwear apparel, is looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in amplifying our brand presence across various digital channels, including social media, email, and search marketing.Responsibilities:

• Social Media: Assist in creating engaging posts, stories, and campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat. Assist with Zumiez affiliate program execution. Monitor community engagement and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.

• Email Marketing: Collaborate with the email team to conceptualize and execute email campaigns that resonate with Zumiez’s audience. Help craft compelling content and subject lines and maintain email content calendar. Assist with creating engaging Push Notification copy.

• Search Marketing: Support search marketing efforts by conducting keyword research, writing copy, and assist with efforts to grow local search marketing. Collaborate with search and merchandising team to gain and maintain backlinks. Assist with maintaining the search interest calendar.

• Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of engaging digital content for social media, email, and search marketing campaigns. Ensure all content aligns with Zumiez’s brand elements and resonates with our target audience.

• Analytics and Reporting: Learn to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital marketing channels and campaigns. Assist in the creating and compiling of channel reporting.

• Market Research: Stay informed about trends in product and digital marketing programs. Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in Zumiez’s digital marketing strategy.

• Team Organization: Attend cross-departmental meetings and maintain digital marketing calendars.

Requirements:– Passion for individuation, streetwear fashion, and youth culture.– Strong written and verbal communication skills.– Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.– Basic understanding of email marketing.– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:– Experience using social media management tools like Sprout Social.– Basic knowledge of Airtable and Basecamp.– Previous internship or work experience in digital marketing.– Experience working in retail industry.Pay & Benefits Key Points
