Description: Job DescriptionOverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior ICT Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing innovative information and communication technology (ICT) solutions.Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to understand client requirements and incorporate ICT solutions into engineering designs
• Design, develop, and implement ICT systems, including network infrastructure, telecommunications, and audio-visual systems
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis to determine the best ICT solutions for each project
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our ICT solutions are cutting-edge and efficient
• Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to promote their professional growth
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to communicate project requirements and ensure successful implementation of ICT solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in ICT design and implementation, preferably in an engineering or construction environment
• Proficiency in industry-standard ICT design software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven leadership and team collaboration skills
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, RCDD, or equivalent are a plus

Day-to-day

• Collaborating with project teams to integrate ICT solutions into engineering designs
• Designing and implementing network infrastructure, telecommunications, and audio-visual systems
• Leading meetings with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to discuss project requirements
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members to promote their professional development
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge ICT solutions
