We are looking for experienced sales advisors to complete in-home, sales consultations. You must have great communication skills and be able to educate and assist customers in choosing the right products, services, and financing plans. The ability to show yourself as professional and knowledgeable is a must!

  • Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC and other home comfort needs
  • Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution including our exclusive maintenance program
  • Prepare material list with installation manager for installation.
  • Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction
  • Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc.
  • Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends
  • Properly prepare and define scopes of work and estimates for projects.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of manufacture incentives, tax credits and rebates available.
  • Continued education on all the latest technology and systems being offered in the market.
  • Order equipment and follow up on arrival with warehouse manager
  • Schedule job preview with Install Manager if one is needed

The HVAC Comfort Consultant should possess the following skills, characteristics, and abilities:

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Exhibit knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Excellent leadership skills to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments.
  • Good computer skills: knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications
  • Possess a strong personal desire for improvement; and the desire to motivate HVAC technicians to be better tomorrow than they are today.
  • Reliability, Punctuality, Ability to Work Consistently and Efficiently, Remaining Organized, & Behaving in a Professional Manner Required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and background
  • Strong communication skills, detail oriented and organizational skills
  • Able to climb in attics and crawl under houses
  • Able to lift 25 lbs.
  • Efficient and organized
  • Ability to effectively close a sale
  • Integrity to know when to sell or recommend
