Description: Family Law AttorneyWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Family Law Attorney to join our legal team in the Cherry Hill area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and a passion for advocating for clients in various family law matters.Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, and other family law cases.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.
- Attend court hearings and trials.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- 2+ years of experience practicing family law.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
