• 3-6 years of focused experience in bankruptcy law, including Chapter 7, 11, and 13 proceedings.
• Strong background in creditor and debtor representation, workouts, and restructurings.

Expertise

• Skilled in handling bankruptcy litigation, adversary proceedings, and automatic stay issues.
• Experience negotiating and drafting restructuring agreements, reaffirmation agreements, and debt settlement plans.
• Strong knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code, UCC, and state/federal bankruptcy regulations.
• Experience representing businesses, financial institutions, and individuals in bankruptcy matters.

Job Stability

• Proven history of staying 2+ years in previous roles, demonstrating reliability and commitment.

Strong Communication

• Exceptional written and verbal advocacy skills for negotiations, court appearances, and client counseling.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex bankruptcy concepts to clients and stakeholders.
