Position Overview:The Director, HR leads the organizations Human Resource functions and supports the strategic needs of the organization as they relate to organization design, headcount planning and analysis, compensation, and other aspects of human capital management. The person in this role leverages their broad HR and business experience to foster the employee experience and ensure the company is a great place to work and grow.
