Description: OverviewWhy We Need Your Talents:With our rapid projected expansion, the Live! Casino & Hotel Brand is searching for the right talent to grow with the organization and help drive our future success.The Director of Relationship Marketing will build, manage, and analyze strategies and efforts, improving on visitation and revenues from gaming areas including player development, casino hosts, and VIP services. This position will serve as the leader for marketing gaming initiatives and will be responsible for their success.Responsibilities (Text Only)Where You’ll Make an Impact:
– Develops programs, processes and events to attract and retain players to choose Live! Casino as their primary venue for gaming and entertainment.
– Develops, manages and implements programs and processes with a return on investment and player attraction and retention that exceeds the competition in the Mid-Atlantic region.
– Develops and manages the budget for Player Development, Guest Services, Events and, Promotions.
– Maintains open communications and excellent working relationships with peer groups from all operational areas.
– Responsible for the booking of special entertainment events, shows, promotions, and parties for VIP players to assure a favorable entertainment and gaming experience.
– Review activities and promotional status with the Marketing Executive.
– Develops and manages programs and processes for customer service and recognition of VIP players with emphasis on new and repeat VIP players.
– Monitor and adjust performance to local competition.
– Other duties as assigned.QualificationsMust-Haves:

• A 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Virginia Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand 40% of the time
• Ability to sit 60% of the time
• Use of stairs and elevators
