The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, end-to-end project operations expertise, and a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality, commercial, and residential development landscapesYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with Regional Directors to create an annual business development growth plan to achieve quarterly, annual revenue and margin goals
  • Drive your team’s success by overseeing project quoting, pricing, and fulfillment across your regional portfolio of accounts, incurring seamless execution and service delivery
  • Mitigate project timeline risks by proactively identifying potential challenges and collaborating with the VP of Operations and Sales to implement swift, effective solutions that keep projects on track.
  • Guide your team in conducting structured, results-driven project meetings, ensuring clear action items, accountability, and effective follow ups
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for your region and team
