Description: Job Summary & Essential Functions:

  • Develop test procedures, equipment, and fixture design.
  • Repair and maintain test fixtures.
  • Oversee, troubleshoot, and conduct Flying Probe and ICT testing
  • Supervise and mentor test technicians and entry level engineers.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Ability to read schematics.
  • Knowledge of analog and digital electronic circuits.
  • Experience using testing tools like oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzer.
  • Component level troubleshooting for analog, digital, and embedded circuits/systems.
  • Experience soldering and reworking with through hole and SMT components.

Required Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related technical field

o Seven years of relevant work experience required.

  • Master’s degree in related technical field
