• Answering phones, screening, and forwarding calls to the appropriate professionals.
• Handling potential client calls and answering questions in a professional manner.
• Greeting clients, managing conference rooms, maintaining office supplies.
• Filing and scanning of documents.
• Processing all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Preparing letters to clients to return documents and close files.
• Organizing files and other miscellaneous projects to contribute to the team effort.

Qualifications:

• Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred
• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
