Description: Litigation Associate (Public Utility Law)LOCATION: Columbus, Ohio officeJOB DESCRIPTION: Must have Utility Regulation. This position will focus on representing public utilities in rulemaking, ratemaking, and complaint case proceedings; advising competitive retail electric and natural gas service providers on certification and compliance; and assisting companies in conducting due diligence for projects and transactions.

• Two to five years of experience in public utility law in Ohio or another state
• Strong research and writing skills
• Must be admitted to the practice of law in the state of Ohio

• Experience drafting applications, motion papers, discovery requests, settlement agreements and other standard documents
