Our successful candidates will want to gain a meaningful work experience with us for Fall 2025.Many departments based out of our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio, offer hybrid work options, empowering interns, and associates to work from home several days a week. Work Location: Remote available for non-location critical roles. QualificationsBe equipped with/to (may vary by role/department):

  • assist with business activities and processes
  • participate and contribute to team meetings, presentations, and projects
  • research emerging trends, data analysis, and evaluate options
  • generate reports, promotional/educational materials, and other work products
  • serve internal and external customers
  • knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, and object-oriented programming concepts and languages
  • knowledge of data analytics, metadata management, data visualization (Power BI, SAS), and MS Excel Analytics
  • knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and XML/XSLT
  • understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP protocol, load balancing, monitoring, etc.), Linux/Windows server platform, virtualization, cloud computing concepts
  • understanding of front-end/back-end or full-stack development concepts
  • effective communication skills with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical audience
  • ability to interact effectively with management and colleagues to prioritize and organize work
  • willingness to continually learn new technologies, skills, and improved processes
  • reliable and service-oriented mindset

Unofficial transcripts accepted.Starting Pay: Begins at $18 per hour and is based on the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.Candidates should have the ability to work in the United States for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship. Our company is not currently hiring interns for this role if they will need sponsorship at any time in the future, including Optional Practical Training (OPT) or Curricular Practical Training (CPT).Requirements:

  • enrolled as a full-time, undergraduate student at an accredited college/university (sophomore or above preferred)
  • all majors are welcome to apply
  • collegiate transcripts required with submission of candidate profile (unofficial are acceptable)
  • in good academic standing (cumulative GPA: 3.0 or higher preferred)
  • must be able to work an average of 24 hours per week
  • proficient in Microsoft® Office tools and related software
